The team at Marksman Fire & Safety have worked on some major local projects over the years. And if, as they say, the proof is in the pudding, here is a reassuring taste of our past work.

300 George St

This building encompasses 82 storeys of residential apartments, a premium commercial tower, a five star hotel, and a podium of luxury retail outlets for good measure.

The team at Marksman Fire & Safety were tasked with certification and testing for all pumped fire hydrants, sprinklers and fire hose reel systems across eight hydraulic zones and two towers.

1 William St

The Marksman Fire & Safety team tested the integrity of all pumped fire hydrant and fire hose reels in this 44 storey commercial tower.

The result was full certification for all fire installations and operations in four hydraulic zones.

Pacific Fair

Pacific Fair is a popular Queensland icon and one of the largest shopping centres in the state. When the centre added 120 new speciality stores, food court and an extra 1300 parking spaces, Marksman Fire & Safety team were called in to handle all compliance testing and certification work.

This covered a new fire system of hydrants and hose reels operating throughout the new facilities.

Sky Tower

Sky Tower lives up to its name: a whopping 90 stories of residential development built by Hutchinson Builders in Brisbane’s CBD.
Our team undertook all the testing and certification work to ensure the integrity of the tower’s vast fire hydrant and sprinkler system was compliant.

111 Mary St

Aside from first class residential accommodation, this 37 storey Mary Street tower also boasts The Westin, Brisbane’s finest 5-star international hotel. Luxurious throughout, the tower also features a rooftop pool and recreation area for residents and hotel guests.

Our teams job was to ensure everyone’s safety with comprehensive testing and certification of all fire hydrant and sprinkler systems across four hydraulic zones.

CEVA Logistics

With 50,000 square metres of roofed warehouse space, commercial operations don’t get much bigger than the CEVA Logistics warehouse in Berrinba.

Our ever-ready team was on hand to test and certify the entire building’s fire hydrant and hose reel integrity.
